I had a quick one-night stay at TownePlace Suites in Rochester. The check-in experience was great, thanks to Seth, who made me feel acknowledged with my Lifetime Titanium status. On the downside, the cleanliness left something to be desired, particularly with odors in the room and some dust in the hallways. Overall, there were some positives like the spacious suites and good variety at breakfast, but improvement is needed in maintenance and cleanliness.
